Holiday Pay Scheme

PES has operated the Holiday Pay Scheme for a number of years, allowing employers to reduce their payroll costs. Now restricted to the construction operations only, the scheme allows annual holidays to be paid free of employer and employee National Insurance Contributions.

Schemes are simple to set up, do not involve any amendments to employee's contract of employment and realise significant savings of up to 2% of base payroll costs for eligible staff. Employees will also make a saving in NIC when they take their annual leave!

PES has run an HMRC approved scheme since 2005, one of the longest established schemes in the marketplace and has worked with construction clients, independents and multinationals, since our inception in 2001.
